Title: the subconscious amoeba.
The scientist attempts to create a simple controllable environment with
limited variables in order to see how changing these variables changes
the subject. A model is proposed and tested to see if it is valid. In
this case the research is aimed at interpreting the cognitive output of
the amoeba, a daring new experiment in cognitive neurobiology. The amoeba
is so sensitive a creature having such a small energy system that human
neural activity effects it to the extent that the researcher sees himself
for the first time. This first introspective experience has a profound
affect on the scientist. The drum kit represents the structural changes to the amoeban architecture, winds the genetic state, strings the metabolism, and voice the cognitive output. The experimental conditions (independent variables) are the sound environments generated by the computers. The transference of scientist self onto amoeba is the the projection of light, and the images the social substrate that the scientist has existed in. Libretto Scientist: What?
